Guided by Andrea Vescovi of Ethica Wines, this gathering takes place in the lively ambiance of Il Caminetto. Accommodating a slightly larger audience than our traditional private dining events—yet still fiercely exclusive—this electric evening of wine and gastronomy is not to be missed.

The night begins with an elegant welcome reception before transitioning into a magnificent, terroir-driven multi-course menu, expertly crafted by Culinary Director James Walt, Executive Chef Mark Mcloughlin, and their esteemed culinary team. Guests will indulge in a true masterclass of Italian terroir, featuring the pristine pours of Villa Sparina (Piemonte), famous for their iconic amphora-inspired bottles, alongside the boutique elegance of Fontanabianca Barbaresco (Piemonte) and the award-winning depths of Ridolfi Brunello di Montalcino (Toscana). The tasting reaches its crescendo with the world-class power of the Cafaggio Cortaccio Cabernet Sauvignon (Toscana), hailing from the famed 'Golden Basin' of Panzano. The experience is perfectly anchored by an exquisite dessert wine from Anselmi (Veneto)—a visionary producer famous for rewriting the rules of the Veneto to achieve absolute quality. Policies

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. This is a 19+ event, therefore children will not be admitted. Due to liquor licensing, the Whistler Conference Centre cannot allow people under the age of 19 in any part of the building for the duration of the Cornucopia event.
