Join us for an unforgettable evening with Ian Casterton, Peller Estates’ own sommelier and BC's 2024 Sommelier of the Year, as he guides you on a journey from North to South through the Okanagan Valley. Working alongside Table Nineteen Chef Philipp Werner, Ian will showcase a carefully curated selection of wines from some of the Okanagan’s most celebrated producers, including Tinhorn Creek, Red Rooster, Gray Monk, Black Hills and Sandhill. Together, they’ll take you on a flavour journey through the valley’s diverse vineyards and terroirs, with each wine thoughtfully paired with a course designed to complement and showcase the character of the Okanagan.

Policies

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. This is a 19+ event, therefore children will not be admitted. Due to liquor licensing, the Whistler Conference Centre cannot allow people under the age of 19 in any part of the building for the duration of the Cornucopia event.
