Join us at Quattro Restaurant for an exceptional evening celebrating the wines of Poplar Grove Winery and the culinary artistry of Quattro.
As part of Cornucopia Whistler, this exclusive Winemaker’s Dinner brings together the character and craftsmanship of one of British Columbia’s celebrated wineries with a specially curated five-course tasting menu from the Quattro culinary team.

Each course has been thoughtfully designed to complement a selection of Poplar Grove wines, creating a progression of flavours that showcases both the wines and the cuisine at their best. Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to discover the stories, vineyards, and winemaking philosophy behind Poplar Grove, with representatives from the winery guiding the experience.

From the first pour to the final course, this is an evening designed for those who appreciate exceptional food, great wine, and the stories that connect them.

Policies

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. This is a 19+ event, therefore children will not be admitted. Due to liquor licensing, the Whistler Conference Centre cannot allow people under the age of 19 in any part of the building for the duration of the Cornucopia event.
