This evening brings together Fort Berens Estate Winery, locally inspired ingredients and the Wild Blue team to showcase the quality being produced in our own backyard, highlighting the diversity and character of British Columbia.
Executive Chef Alex Chen, Chef Derek Bendig and the Wild Blue culinary team will create a menu inspired by British Columbia’s ingredients and seasons. Heleen Pannekoek, Co-Founder, Co-Owner & CEO of Fort Berens, joins Wine Director Ryan Hayes to share the story and its connection to Lillooet and the evolution of British Columbia’s wine landscape.

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. This is a 19+ event, therefore children will not be admitted. Due to liquor licensing, the Whistler Conference Centre cannot allow people under the age of 19 in any part of the building for the duration of the Cornucopia event.
