Event Description

Of COURSE we'll have Champagne, but beyond that - get ready to ride waves of some of most interesting sparkling wines from around the world. Terroir-driven Prosecco, zesty Cava, juicy Lambrusco, and, of course, a good handful of B.C. bubbles. You'll learn the tricks of the trade on how various styles are crafted, plus tips on picking out what you'll love from a wine list or a store shelf, and food-pairing recommodations aplenty.

Policies

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. This is a 19+ event, therefore children will not be admitted. Due to liquor licensing, the Whistler Conference Centre cannot allow people under the age of 19 in any part of the building for the duration of the Cornucopia event.
