Event Description

Call it natural, call it minimal-intervention, or don't label it at all - the category of wines made without any significant additions or subtractions continues to make waves. With the Okanagan and Similkameen's inherent purity of fruit, mineral-rich soils, and top-tier winemaking talent, these wines can be super clean, juicy, fresh, and food-friendly. We'll taste through sparkling, aromatic whites, vibrant orange and pink wines, and charismatic reds that are truly delicious.

WARNING: If you're looking for wine chock-full of sugar, chemicals, and farmed using dubious ethical techniques, this is NOT the seminar for you!

Policies

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. This is a 19+ event, therefore children will not be admitted. Due to liquor licensing, the Whistler Conference Centre cannot allow people under the age of 19 in any part of the building for the duration of the Cornucopia event.
