This is an estate of such immense historical magnitude that its visionary descendant, Baron Bettino Ricasoli (known as the "Iron Baron" and the second Prime Minister of a unified Italy), spent 30 years conducting meticulous research before officially authoring the original Chianti Classico recipe in 1872.

Step into the very birthplace of Chianti through an exclusive evening featuring a sophisticated welcome reception and a stunning, terroir-driven multi-course menu. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. This is a 19+ event, therefore children will not be admitted. Due to liquor licensing, the Whistler Conference Centre cannot allow people under the age of 19 in any part of the building for the duration of the Cornucopia event.
