Chef Quang Dang: The Finale. You’ve made it to the final Culinary Stage—but do you have one extraordinary experience left in you?
Cornucopia’s 30th edition deserves an unforgettable finale, and there is no better chef to bring it home than the legendary Quang Dang.
One of British Columbia’s most respected culinary talents, Chef Quang is celebrated for his refined West Coast cooking, exceptional technique and deep appreciation for local and seasonal ingredients. A familiar and much-loved presence at Cornucopia, he returns to the Culinary Stage to create the final food-and-wine experience on the culinary stage of this milestone festival.
The menu remains a delicious surprise, but guests can expect dishes that reflect Chef Quang’s distinctive culinary perspective, along with engaging stories and an opportunity to discover the inspiration, ingredients and techniques behind his food.
Each dish will be complemented by a carefully selected wine pairing, chosen to enhance the flavours on the plate and bring another dimension to the experience. And because this is the finale of Cornucopia’s 30th edition, expect a few special bottles, unexpected moments and surprises worthy of the occasion.
This is the final gathering, the final Culinary Stage and the final toast to three remarkable decades of Cornucopia. Come together one last time to celebrate exceptional food, beautifully paired wines and a chef who has helped make Cornucopia’s culinary history so memorable.

Put simply, the Culinary Stage Series is like being in the audience of a live cooking show, and you get to enjoy the food creations - complete with drink pairings. The series features local and national chefs, producers and beverage professionals to provide attendees the chance to learn their cooking tips and tricks, and enjoy multi-course, drink-paired menus.

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. This is a 19+ event, therefore children will not be admitted. Due to liquor licensing, the Whistler Conference Centre cannot allow people under the age of 19 in any part of the building for the duration of the Cornucopia event.
