Event Description

An intimate celebration of Piedmont, bringing together the wines of Mirafiore and the unmistakable flavours of truffles.

The evening will explore a thoughtfully selected range from Mirafiore, showcasing the character and diversity of this historic Piedmont producer. The selection will build throughout the dinner, culminating in a special focus on Barolo, with multiple expressions poured alongside a truffle-inspired menu from Chef Alex Chen, Chef Derek Bendig and the Wild Blue culinary team.

Andrea Vescovi of Mirafiore will join Wine Director Ryan Hayes to guide guests through the evening, sharing the stories of the winery, the region and the wines that make Piedmont one of Italy’s most celebrated destinations.

Policies

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. This is a 19+ event, therefore children will not be admitted. Due to liquor licensing, the Whistler Conference Centre cannot allow people under the age of 19 in any part of the building for the duration of the Cornucopia event.
