Wild Blue Restaurant & Bar: A Taste of France

Event Description

A journey through France in the glass, exploring the diversity, character and traditions of some of the country’s most celebrated wine regions.

Travelling through Burgundy, Bordeaux and the Rhône, the evening will showcase a thoughtfully selected range of French wines alongside a regionally inspired menu from Chef Alex Chen, Chef Derek Bendig and the Wild Blue culinary team.

Jeff Curry of The Wine Syndicate will join Wine Director Ryan Hayes to guide guests through the wines and regions, bringing their stories to life through a celebration of classic French wine, food and tradition.

Policies

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. This is a 19+ event, therefore children will not be admitted. Due to liquor licensing, the Whistler Conference Centre cannot allow people under the age of 19 in any part of the building for the duration of the Cornucopia event.
