Event Description

Here’s a truth in wine:  the world’s best estates share a devotion to specialized, fastidious farming.  Join DJ for a delicious tasting of wines that were farmed as the Ancients did, before agrochemicals were developed.  Organic, regenerative, biodynamic – these fascinating methods prioritize vine health, soil vitality, and intensify the expression of terroir, yielding grapes with vibrant acidity, pure fruit profiles, distinct minerality and a discernible hum of vitality.  We’ll sample six wines from some famous practitioners and learn how these wines are better for the planet, the people who work the vines and us.

Policies

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. This is a 19+ event, therefore children will not be admitted. Due to liquor licensing, the Whistler Conference Centre cannot allow people under the age of 19 in any part of the building for the duration of the Cornucopia event.
