Join whisky educator Stacy Kyle for a journey off the beaten cask and into the world of Living Souls, one of Scotland’s exciting new independent bottlers. Founded in Glasgow by a team of seasoned whisky minds, Living Souls searches out remarkable parcels of spirit and gives them the freedom to become something unexpected.

Through a curated flight of limited-edition whiskies, we’ll explore what independent bottlers bring to the world of Scotch — from creative cask selection and blending to whiskies that favour character and flavour over familiar labels. Expect great whisky, a few surprises, and a very different look at what Scotch can be.
