This special Cornucopia Culinary Stage experience will bring together a group of next-generation chefs who are breaking into the industry, earning recognition and already making their mark with fresh perspectives, bold ideas and impressive skill.

Together, they will create a thoughtfully crafted menu that showcases their individual styles and the creativity driving today’s evolving culinary landscape. Each dish will be accompanied by a carefully selected wine pairing, with every pour chosen to complement the flavours on the plate and bring another dimension to the experience.

Along the way, the chefs will share the inspiration, ingredients and techniques behind their dishes, offering guests a chance to discover the people and ideas that will influence how we eat in the years ahead.

Expect an intimate and delicious celebration of emerging talent, exceptional food and beautifully paired wines—all at the heart of Cornucopia.

Put simply, the Culinary Stage Series is like being in the audience of a live cooking show, and you get to enjoy the food creations - complete with drink pairings. The series features local and national chefs, producers and beverage professionals to provide attendees the chance to learn their cooking tips and tricks, and enjoy multi-course, drink-paired menus.

Policies

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. This is a 19+ event, therefore children will not be admitted. Due to liquor licensing, the Whistler Conference Centre cannot allow people under the age of 19 in any part of the building for the duration of the Cornucopia event.
