Back by popular demand, this seminar focuses on the pleasures of pairing handmade meat products with artisanal French wines.  Wine experts Paul Watkin & Keith Nicholson will co-host with Jerome Dudicourt of Oyama Sausage Co., one of BC’s best-known and respected shops, celebrating 25 years at the Granville Island Public Market. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of a selection of superb Oyama charcuterie paired with exceptional French wines that illustrate how complementary matches enhance the flavours of both.
