Paul Natrall

Meet Chef Paul Natrall from the Squamish Nation, an accomplished Executive Chef with 14 years of expertise in Indigenous culinary arts. He has traveled across Turtle Island, passionately promoting Indigenous food traditions. As an Ambassador for Sodexo Canada and a director/founding member of Indigenous Culinary of Associated Nations, Chef Paul also serves as a Director for Indigenous Tourism of British Columbia. Moreover, he is the proud owner of Mr. Bannock Indigenous Cuisine.
