Jerome Dudicourt

Jerome’s passion for top-quality cuisine led him to work and travel around the world. His experience includes roles at Michelin-starred restaurants and at hotels in places as varied as France, Italy, Sicily, Spain, Mexico, Saint Lucia, Martinique, the Bahamas, and Thailand. For the last 25 years Jerome has lived in Vancouver, and since 2001 he has specialized in cheese and charcuterie as the Manager of Oyama Sausage Co. He continues to share his love of artisanal and handmade foods with loyal local customers, as well as with the international tourists who visit the beloved Granville Island shop.
