The Legends. Thirty years of extraordinary food, wine and culinary talent come together for one unforgettable event: The Legends.

For Cornucopia’s milestone 30th edition, three of the greatest chefs ever to grace the Culinary Stage will stand side by side for a once-in-a-lifetime collaboration. Chef Luis Valenzuela, Chef Alana Maas and Chef Quang Dang bring distinctive culinary voices, remarkable careers and a shared history with Cornucopia to an experience unlike anything presented before.

Born in Guadalajara, Chef Luis Valenzuela has built a celebrated career combining the flavours of his Mexican heritage with experience gained in leading Toronto kitchens. Chef Alana Maas is an accomplished chef, culinary educator, co-owner of Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver and Chopped Canada champion whose warmth and skill have made her a Cornucopia favourite. Chef Quang Dang is renowned for refined, ingredient-driven West Coast cuisine, shaped through celebrated kitchens including Vancouver’s West Restaurant and Whistler’s Araxi.

Individually, each has left an indelible mark on Cornucopia. Together, they represent three decades of creativity, generosity and exceptional cooking. This is not simply a meal—it is a meeting of culinary minds, with three legendary chefs sharing the stage, exchanging ideas and working together to create a menu worthy of Cornucopia’s 30th edition.

Each dish will be elevated by exceptional pairings and special surprises drawn from the Cornucopia Cellar. Award-winning Sommelier Samantha Rahn will join the Cornucopia team to guide the experience, connecting the chefs’ creations with remarkable wines and the stories behind them.

Expect collaboration, celebration and a few surprises that could happen only at Cornucopia.

Put simply, the Culinary Stage Series is like being in the audience of a live cooking show, and you get to enjoy the food creations - complete with drink pairings. The series features local and national chefs, producers and beverage professionals to provide attendees the chance to learn their cooking tips and tricks, and enjoy multi-course, drink-paired menus.

Policies

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. This is a 19+ event, therefore children will not be admitted. Due to liquor licensing, the Whistler Conference Centre cannot allow people under the age of 19 in any part of the building for the duration of the Cornucopia event.
