Event Description

We know who’s cooking—the menu remains a delicious surprise. Chef Bruce Worden brings their distinctive culinary perspective to Cornucopia’s Culinary Stage for an experience created especially for this year’s festival. Guests can look forward to thoughtfully prepared dishes, engaging stories and an opportunity to discover the inspiration, ingredients and techniques behind the food.

The menu will be complemented by carefully selected wine pairings, chosen to enhance each dish and bring another layer of flavour to the experience.

While the final menu is still being developed, expect an event that reflects the chef’s individual style and celebrates the creativity, connection and exceptional food and wine at the heart of Cornucopia.

DESSERT 

Put simply, the Culinary Stage Series is like being in the audience of a live cooking show, and you get to enjoy the food creations - complete with drink pairings. The series features local and national chefs, producers and beverage professionals to provide attendees the chance to learn their cooking tips and tricks, and enjoy multi-course, drink-paired menus.

Policies

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. This is a 19+ event, therefore children will not be admitted. Due to liquor licensing, the Whistler Conference Centre cannot allow people under the age of 19 in any part of the building for the duration of the Cornucopia event.
