Bar Oso Mediodía: Wines of Cádiz & Jerez

Event Description

Join Bar Oso for Mediodía, a Spanish-inspired lunch celebrating the wines and flavours of Cádiz and Jerez.

Chef Jorge Muñoz Santos will present a multi-course menu paired with a selection of wines from southern Spain. Beginning with vermut and aperitivo, the afternoon will explore Palomino Fino in its many expressions, alongside the distinctive wines of Jerez and Tintilla de Rota, a native red grape of Cádiz.

From fresh, mineral-driven wines to the influence of traditional ageing in bota and under flor, each pairing will highlight a different side of the region and its connection to the food of southern Spain.

Policies

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. This is a 19+ event, therefore children will not be admitted. Due to liquor licensing, the Whistler Conference Centre cannot allow people under the age of 19 in any part of the building for the duration of the Cornucopia event.
