I was born in 1983 and raised in Perpignan, a city in the Languedoc-Roussillon region in the South of France.
I am the 5th generation of a winemaker family from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, dating back to 1880.
The family estate, Domaine Galy, was one of the most important wineries in the region, which included 200 hectares of Côte du Roussillon AOC & IGP, Muscat de Rivesaltes, Maury, and Banyuls.
I completed my first harvest at the age of 3 and learned about wine, terroir and winemaking with my father Christian, and my grandfather Jo at the family winery. I participated in the creation of 12 vintages from 1992 to 2004.
I left the family business at the age of 20 to travel the world in order to learn more about sales, wines, and different winemaking techniques.

Just like the family tradition required, I played rugby for 15 years. For three years, I played at the highest level in France as well as in Ireland.
Since 2015, I have been leading the Prestige Wines for Gérard Bertrand across Canada and the USA, based in Montréal, Canada.
Besides helping the family winery, cooking and traveling are my passions. My greatest love has always been rugby. I am also a nature lover – Canada offers me an amazing training field for overland and fly fishing ;-)
